Autonomic Names Rich Strader Chief Executive Officer and Manish Mishra as Chief Product Officer
Detroit, Mich., Nov. 29, 2021 – Autonomic is pleased to announce Rich Strader as its new Chief Executive Officer and the promotion of Manish Mishra to Chief Product Officer as it continues to advance the growth and capabilities of its Transportation Mobility Cloud (TMC) platform.
Strader joins Autonomic from the Ford Motor Company, where he most recently served as Vice President, Mobility Platforms and Products. In this role, Strader oversaw Ford Mobility’s product solutions group, which is responsible for leading the design and development of the technology underpinning Ford’s mobility business, including development related to connectivity, the FordPass platform, vehicle management as a service, and transportation as a service. After joining Ford in 1992, he held a number of information technology positions, including serving as Ford’s director of Enterprise and Emerging IT, the head of Ford’s Technology Services India centre, and chief information officer for Volvo Car Corporation. As manager of In-Vehicle Systems, Strader launched the SYNC Service Delivery Network and the underlying IT infrastructure used to support the first two generations of the software platform.

Mishra has spent his career defining, developing and implementing products and strategy geared towards engineering and operating multi-cloud, multi-tenant, large scale and high volume SaaS platforms and solutions. Mishra moves into the role of Chief Product Officer after serving as Vice President of Engineering at Autonomic. Prior to joining Autonomic in 2020, Mishra led Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, IoT Solutions, UX/UI, and Program Management at Aeris Communications. Most recently, his focus has been on the implementation of IoT-based solutions and the successful launches of connected vehicle platforms for several global OEMs. With a result oriented approach, his focus is on defining a clear business strategy, driving operational excellence and building a strong organization geared towards scale and growth.
